- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment and headhunting
- Team Building Capabilities
- Social and medical insurance coordination
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable of Egyptian Labor Law
- Flexible and Cheerful Character
- Priority to candidates with Construction background
- 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed Resident is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Males Only
