Human Resource Planning To manage current & forecasted human resources requirements in line with the Recruitment Manager. To recruit the required number of employees, with the required skills, at the required time. Plan and maintain a pipeline of candidates to avoid extended vacancies in key roles. To ensure that business critical roles are filled in the least amount of time.
Recruitment Assist in shortlisting candidates according to DHL hiring criteria. Plan & co-ordinate external/internal advertisements to target a suitable pool of candidates through appropriate channels, taking advantage of new technology where appropriate.
On Boarding New Hires Responsible for on boarding new hires by preparing the required orientation to be delivered. Sending all DHL in a box to all new hires.
