Responsibilities:
- Solid knowledge in Recruitment for White Collars & Blue Collars for private hospitals.
- Assist Human Resources Director in Manpower Planning.
- Headhunt Nurses & Doctors for all hospital outlets (Outpatients, Inpatients, ICU, CCU , NICU & PICU…).
- Maintain updated records of data mining and data sourcing.
- Work on filling replacements while maintaining lead time.
- Drive Promotional Plans and Succession Planning.
- Maintain up to date files with proper data base on automated system.
