Responsibility :

• Filling positions within an organization and Pan India outlets.
  
• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
  
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
  
• Handling administration and recordkeeping.
  
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
  
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
  
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  
• Preparing job offers.
  
• Networking with various institutions and social media.
  
• Sourcing and Screening of resumes through various job portals like Naukri Indeed or internal reference.
  
• Handling Endtoend Recruitment (Hard Core Recruitment)
  
• Job posting on Various Job Portals Like Naukri Indeed Monster etc.
  
• Websites Social media network sites.
  
• Maintain Candidates Details like their Joining Date Salary Details & Etc.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors in human resources.
  
• A minimum of 34 years of experience.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Proficient in Word (Excel MS Word Outlook).
