Overview:

The HR Recruiter is a crucial role within our organization responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. This role plays a key part in driving the companys growth and success by ensuring that we have a skilled and qualified workforce to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Promote company s reputation as a great place to work
  • Provide insights and recommendations on process improvements and best practices
  • Communicate with team members and management to ensure a positive hiring experience for candidates
  • Manage a consistent and highvolume pipeline of candidates
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of college recruiting initiatives
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Use a variety of recruiting techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Negotiate employment offers and prepare employment contracts
  • Maintain candidate database and manage applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Handson experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing reference check etc)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Exceptional timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
