HR Strategy Consultant

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in HR strategy employee relations or a related field
  
• Project Management experience is mandatory
  
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and address employee concerns.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
  
• Inspiring and motivational with the ability to influence and drive change.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with leaders at all levels.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  

• Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with business objectives and employee needs.
  
• Design and manage impactful employee engagement programs that boost morale productivity and retention.
  
• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Pillar SPoCs HR teams and support teams to ensure successful program execution.
  
• Develop frameworks to define and measure the impact of employee engagement initiatives demonstrating ROI.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends assess program effectiveness and develop datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  
• Communicate program goals benefits and results effectively through engaging presentations and reports.
  
• Manage vendor relationships for employee engagement solutions as needed.
  
• Stay uptodate on best practices in employee engagement and HR trends.
