Roles and responsibility:
HR Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of HR operations including but not limited to onboarding welcome kit ensuring high level of employee experience Document management helpdesk handling transfer of employees background verification etc... Ensure efficient and accurate processing of HR transactions and maintain uptodate records.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and leverage technology solutions to automate manual tasks.
HRIS Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform. Manage system configurations data integrity and user access. Provide training and support to HR staff and endusers as needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership. Utilize data analytics to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
