Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our innovative Cannabis Infused Beverage Company in Clayton, WA. This role is central to our organization, responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Join us in shaping the future of the cannabis-infused beverage industry and make a difference in the lives of our employees.

Location: Clayton, WA (On-site)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage HR department operations.

  • Collaborate with department managers for timely job postings.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.

  • Manage distribution of company equipment and supplies.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with legal representatives.

  • Assist in budgeting and reporting for the HR Department.

  • Administer compensation programs and annual salary surveys.

  • Manage employee benefit programs, enrollments, and open enrollments.

  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits.

  • Maintain personnel records in the payroll system.

  • Review and approve HR-related invoices.

  • Thoroughly document all HR and payroll processes.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize employee needs.

  • Safeguard payroll operations and confidential information.

  • Embrace and embody the organizations core values in all interactions and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Familiarity with state and federal labor laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.

  • Experience with benefit administration and open enrollments.
