Tridat Technologies is hiring HR Head for one of the IT based organization focused into payment industry based @ Mumbai !!!

Experience Years

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand and address the HR needs of the organization

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes

Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance management systems
  • Provide guidance on employee development training and career progression
  • Conduct performance reviews for HR staff and ensure departmental goals are met

Compensation and Benefits

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
  • Monitor market trends and adjust compensation strategies accordingly

Learning and Development

  • Oversee training and development programs
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the organization
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning

HR Technology

  • Implement and optimize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technologies
  • Leverage technology to streamline HR processes and enhance datadriven decisionmaking

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and industry standards
  • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and adjust HR practices accordingly

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Foster a positive organizational culture

Succession Planning

  • Identify and develop highpotential employees for key roles
  • Implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Masters degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership

WORK MODE Work from office

EMPLOYMENT MODE Permanent Full time
