Education : Any Masters in Human Resources ( MBA will be given preference)

Experience : 15 Years out of which 5 years as a Head in a large manufacturing/ distribution Company

Preference will be given to candidates ho has worked internationally ; good of in Africa

• Managing HR strategy budgeting forecasting reporting etc
• Stake holder management internal and external
• Understanding of statutory regulations and ensuring all compliances
• Talent Acquisition
• HRBP Human Resource Business Partnering
• Induction and onboarding
• Exit interviews
• Developing HR policies
• Employee Appraisals
• Grievance handling
• Handling all labour and union matters
• Training & Development
• Employee engagement
• Payroll management
• Vendor Management
• Interacting with a Competitive Management team
• Experience on Advanced Excel
• Developing SOPs
• Working experience on ERPs ( SAP Oracle Navision etc...)
