Open Position: HR Generalist (MNC Company)

• Drives Human Resource activities and processes such as staffing, performance and rewards management, organizational effectiveness, employee coaching, development and communication, talent management, recruitment, organizational development and etc
  
• Initiates and leads innovative HR programs, and practices to drive employee satisfaction, career development and retention
  
• Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company s business objectives, in order to sustain company s culture and enhance employees engagement
  
• Manage and coordinate performance review, compensation planning, employee handbook, employee onboarding and etc
  
• Able to work independently together with critical thinking and strong leadership skills
