• Supprorts their Client's strategy, priorities, and operations and broadly leverage this knowledge to achieve appropriate business process support as well as develops and implements process and operational improvements to meet
• Client and IBM requirements. Handles daily Human Resources (HR) duties for the organization to address tasks linked to recruitment, record maintenance, payroll processing, first level of support, benefits, data maintenance, among other areas.
