Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented HR Analyst specializing in recruitment to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts focusing on sourcing screening and selecting candidates to meet our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Indian candidates are preferred for this role.


Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media referrals and professional networks.
    • Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualifications against job requirements.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and uptodate candidate records.
    • Facilitate the offer process including negotiating terms and coordinating preemployment checks.
  2. Data Analysis:

    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics including timetofill costperhire and candidate quality.
    • Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  3. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication feedback and support.
    • Act as a point of contact for candidates addressing inquiries and providing information about the organization and job opportunities.
  4. Inhouse Agency Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and inhouse agencies to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Participate in recruitment planning meetings and provide input on talent acquisition strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Indian languages and familiarity with Indian cultural nuances preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive insights.
  • Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
