Open Position: HR & Admin Executive (Logistic Industry)
Key responsibilities include:
Possess bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or in any related field preferred.
At least 1 to 2 years working experience.
Endtoend payroll administration covering tax clearance and comprehensive reporting.
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and leave policies.
Assist in HR data entry and reporting as required.
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Generating routine reports spanning HR administration ISO compliance and audits.
Manage office premises maintenance equipment repairs and ensure a secure working environment by liaising with vendors and service providers.
Other Adhoc duties assigned.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customerservice orientation.
Proficient or at least can read or write in mandarin language.
Occasional travel may be needed for meetings training and company events.
