Hospitality Supervisor

Job Description

• Responsible for directing and controlling the day to day housekeeping operations.
• Check public area/floor/rooms to ensure furnishing facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair
• Control usage of all amenities and cleaning supplies to ensure compliance with budget and appropriate usage standers
• Direct the work assignments of supervisory staff inefficient manner to ensure the ( guest, patients) receive prompt and courteous services
• Monitoring housekeeping procedures including lost and found, security, health, and safety for employees and guests as well
• Schedule routine inspection in all housekeeping area including occupied and non-occupied rooms

• Can communicate easily in both Arabic and English
• Previous experience in luxury hotels will be an advantage
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and machines
