This is a remote position.
Hospitality Agent - Remote
Bustling new agency is on the lookout for an energetic Agent to help our clients have the best vacations possible. As part of our team of agents, you will be utilizing supplied company tools and combining it with your knowledge of the best and most popular destinations around the globe. Previous travel agent experience is a plus, but globetrotters feel free to apply.
- Source leads from our database or your own network
- Arrange transportation, hotel, flights, dinners, and excursions for clients
- Package all paperwork and send it off to be completed
- Resolve and issues before, during or after the trip
- Inform clients of any changes to their itinerary
- Utilize company and outside avenues to complete you bookings
Requirements
- Knowledge of current travel trends and destinations
- Keep up to date on global news
- Have a minimum of 1 year in the travel business
- Complete sales training for Honeymoon, corporate and business packages
- Attend travel seminars when available
- Multilingual is a plus
