  • Execute marketing and sales initiatives as directed by management to meet targeted sales targets.
  • Create and carry out a program or branchrelated activities to draw clients into the showroom.
  • Direct and supervise a sales executive or supervisor in carrying out a sales and marketing program established by management in order to meet certain targets.
  • Strictly abide by and apply the businesss accounting policies which include things like cash transactions claims and discount structures. coordinating all matters about finances with the Manager of Finance.
  • Retain a positive working relationship with head office workers government agency employees and fleet owners.
  • Make sure that the subordinates are assigned tasks and responsibilities in a proper manner.
  • Determine and launch staff development and training initiatives to improve the caliber and output of the sales force.
  • Verify that the companys goals and policies are followed and fulfilled.
  • Report the branchs performance and advancement to the manager.
  • To optimize car profit make sure that additional trading revenues such as financing commission and insurance commission are received from the sales of automobiles.
  • Find sponsors and sub dealers to increase unit sales.
  • Continue to provide consumers with excellent aftersale support.
  • Improve and expand the product expertise of sales staff.
  • Bargain for more affordable prices with contractors that construct car bodies.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the sales parts and service employees meeting on occupational health and safety every three months.
  • Create the weekly report monthly trading sheet monthly OTD and supplemental orders as needed.
  • Make arrangements for car displays in prestigious shopping centers.
  • Take part in bids for vehicles.
  • Stay abreast of the actions of rivals and the state of the regional market.
  • Oversee the branchs general operations and occasionally take on ad hoc missions from higher authorities.
Others:
  • Accountability for Environment Safety and Health to guarantee a secure workplace for every worker while adhering to regional legal mandates
  • To carry out any additional duties as directed by management
  • To guarantee adherence to current environmental safety and health regulations regulatory requirements and the sustainability objectives.


Requirements

  • Minimal degree in a subject related to study.
  • Capable of speaking the regional languages and communicating at all levels.
  • Proactive goaldriven and resultsoriented.
  • Strong understanding of the sector the product and the services connected to it.
  • Three years minimum of sales manager experience or a comparable amount of time in the automotive sector
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressive adaptable dynamic and competent at learning.
  • Good talents to handle people.
  • Previous sales experience in the automobile industry would be very beneficial but it is not necessary.
  • Product expertise.
  • Knowledgeable in computers.
  • Positivity strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and guide a team.
