Dsquares, the leading loyalty & rewards company in MEA region, is looking for a Head of People & Culture to join its executive team to ensure all HR functions are carried out efficiently and effectively like developing and executing the organization s people & culture strategies, particularly as it relates to the current and future needs.


The Head of People & Culture should be of deep knowledge of different HR functions, with a strong strategic thinking and mindset, to lead and manage the HR team, and apply the best practices that meet the company s objectives.


He/She will be managing Dsquares human resources across its 7 offices in the EMEA region reaching 15 offices by 2025. Their responsibilities would include:

  • Leading the HR team in executing the organization s people and culture strategies.

  • Initiate and develop different HR policies & processes and supervise their implementation.

  • Overseeing & managing the hiring process, which includes, interviewing, and selection of qualified applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles.

  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

  • Develop corporate plans for different HR matters such as compensation, benefits, training & development.

  • Coaching and supporting managers about people-related topics (Performance management, team development).

  • Create and implement an effective & structured benefits program for the employees.

  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

  • Oversee updating the HR software systems that are being used across the company.

  • Supervise & develop the HR personnel system and process.

  • Developing strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and other activities.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • In depth knowledge of HR operations and legal matters.

  • Previous experience in a tech startup.

  • Proficiency in using an HRIS and ATS.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Strong Talent management and demonstrated ability to improve talent management strategies.

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
