Requirements


  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to market and promote current specials
  • Perform market research and create custom experiences
  • Suggest and complete reservations tailored specifically for the client
  • Manage calls and emails and answer any questions or concerns with professionalism
  • Be prepared to provide pre-departure assistance
  • Handle sensitive files and maintain confidentiality
  • Attend company trainings online in order to stay abreast of changes in the industry
  • Possess your own computer and have access to reliable internet
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Legal work authorization for employment in the United States, Mexico or Australia
