- Develop the MENA medical affairs (MA) strategy and implement related plans, policies, and procedures.
- Create and improve current MA procedures ensuring compliance with MENA regulations, highest professional and ethical standards, and Hikma policies and Code of Conduct.
- Participate in the MENA strategic planning for ongoing and new development projects, existing and future alliances and partnering discussions.
- Provide high quality medical/scientific input and review of MENA disease strategy plans, abstracts, posters, slides, and manuscripts.
- Establish a key opinion leader (KOL) network to build strong support of Hikma in MENA markets.
