A growing and innovative multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Project Manager to their Cincinnati team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead/manage project managers and technical staff on Municipal projects
- Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules and staff assignments
- Serve as organization spokesperson
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Attract, develop, and retain employees, set employee expectations and manage employee performance
- Ensure consistency and excellence on project execution and achieve optimal financial performance
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of experience
- P.E. License
- Established client relationships in local area preferred
