About the Client:
The client is a consumer products manufacturer with two brands. One is a premium cocktail of the month subscription box in the USA sold exclusively through DTC. The other is a premium tequila based seltzer product that is sold in retail as well as online.
About the Role:
The Growth Marketer will play a pivotal role in driving the online presence and customer acquisition strategies for our client. The primary focus will be on digital advertising analytics and optimizing the customer journey to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
Manage Facebook and Google ads campaigns to reach and engage the target audience effectively
Setup ad creatives audience targeting and budget management
Create optimize and analyze ad campaigns across various platforms
Perform keyword research ad copy creation bid management and ongoing performance analysis
Utilize Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to gather and analyze data on website traffic user behavior and campaign performance
Manage email campaigns using Klaviyo
Organize and manage marketing calendar (Gantt chart)
Translate data insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement
Set up and optimize landing pages to enhance the customer journey ensuring a seamless and persuasive user experience
Conduct A/B tests and implement changes based on datadriven insights to maximize conversion rates
Regularly monitor and report on KPIs relevant to the status and health of digital marketing accounts
Provide feedback and recommendations for improving campaign performance and ROI
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising with a focus on Facebook and Google ads
Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Well versed on Klaviyo email marketing best practices
Highly proficient in setting up landing pages
Proficiency in using datadriven insights to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies
Experience with marketing automation tools
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website edits
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas
Full Time
