This is a remote position.

Banking Service
Following the processes in receipting the payments into the customers accounts within Sitelink
Setting the banking each day pre reconciliations
Reconcile accounts and report that up to the finance team
Weekly close and report findings to the finance team
NSF s (reversal of payment)
Refunds to customers / process to the bank account
Investigating discrepancies and abnormalities reporting findings to finance team
Advising Sales Consultants when banking has been completed for sites through correct teams channels
Able to work within time constraints effectively for each different time zones for certain states within a calendar year


Customer Invoicing
Process all invoices late notices to each customer daily.
Carry out adhoc duties from time to time as directed by the Operations Team

Development and training:
To learn and obtain the necessary knowledge information skills and social attitudes to enhance performance continuously efficiency and overall job
performance and satisfaction:
Utilizing software databases scripts product knowledge and tools appropriately. When assistance is required following correct channels to obtain
information.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position when available.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures and seeking clarification and further training where gaps are identified.
Assisting with implementation and trial of new client focuses initiatives and system functions.
Providing objective performance feedback reviews against required stipulations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth monthly
or as requested.

Projects:
Any other projects that management may add to the profile when needed from time to time.

Requirements

Essential skills:
Friendly Clear and Confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent sales conversion and ability to combat client objections to close a deal
Steady underpressure and able to work at speed and multitask
Accurate and thorough notes records and data entry
Adaptable and wellorganised with the ability to think and act on your feet
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident in the use of computers and eager to learn and continuously adapt to new systems/ updates
Hungry for continuous improvement and numbers driven

Qualification:
2 years previous banking/payment processing background. Call Centre background advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, etc.) Proven experience in Power BI report development and data modeling. Strong knowledge of data transformation, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques. Proficiency in either SQL, DAX, M language and experience with Microsoft Fabric a plus Familiarity with accounting and financial concept is a plus. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Any relevant certifications in Power BI are a plus.
