- Must have strong exposure in the HR Field especially in big size company such
- At least 20 years experience in all spectrum of Human Resources
- Strong in both strategic and operation: Organizational Development Talent Management People Development Culture and HR Business Partner.
- Experience working directly with owner/ report to owner is a Plus point.
- Willing to work (Online) during Saturday and Sunday.
