The Billing Specialist (AR) role is responsible for reviewing multiple contracts sales orders and invoicing in accordance with tight SLAs. The Billing Specialist also interacts with sales internal departments and affiliate station personnel regarding order and billingrelated items and ensures all deadlines are met and issues are resolved on time.

Experience

• 24 years of relevant experience with emphasis on reconciling billing and invoicing
  
• Media Billing experience is a plus but not required
  

• Tying out contracts and orders in detail
  
• Reconciling invoice to orders and identify discrepancies
  
• Tracking organizing and reporting on the status and missing/incomplete data
  
• Communicating effectively through email and over the phone to ensure all necessary information is provided
