As a Delivery Lead you will oversee the daytoday activities of development team members ensuring their engagement in the highest priority tasks. Youll maintain a wellrefined and continuously prioritized backlog of work encompassing epics stories bugs and support items thereby fostering consistent team engagement. Additionally youll take charge of scheduling and facilitating recurring delivery reviews and demos ensuring alignment and transparency across the teams progress and achievements. • Manage daytoday activities of development team members.
  
• Ensuring all team members are engaged on the highest priority work to be done.
  
• Maintain a wellrefined and continuously prioritized backlog of work (epics stories bugs and support items) to enable consistent team engagement.
  
• Schedule and facilitate recurring delivery reviews/demos.
  
• Track and report delivery metrics in support of delivery milestones/deadlines.
  
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the business goals and objectives through relationshipbuilding activities with business stakeholders.
  
• Responsible for leading team activities to navigate all phases of a teams cycle (Forming Storming Norming Performing).
  
• Overseeing effective onboarding of new team members.
  
• Facilitate the teams understanding and application of Agile and DevOps processes.
  
• Configure and maintain necessary systems to track the full lifecycle of software delivery.
  
• Accountable for keeping the team wellperforming by coaching team members or escalating team members requiring performance management.
  
• Ensuring team health through 1:1 s with all team members.
  
• Engage as needed to resolve blockers issues or risks through their direct activities or working to get the right party involved to address.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  
• Demonstrated experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience working with Agile software development or data solutions.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication and prepared to exhibit serving leadership every day.
