Tasks

A* 2year* FUTURE FOUNDER Program will make you a Swiss army knife founder with a crash course on everything you need to know and to be before going out and starting something yourself with a chance to experience beyond Thailand ecosystem.

You will learn that the real job of founders and CEO is not the one who does flashy jobs presenting on the stage or and get on a magazine cover. But its the way how you architecture the company to run orchestrate how your leadership will do and execute that to their team; Build the strategy on how to grow pivot and launch; Initiate the vision of how to lower the cost and optimize the profits; Accelerate growth and make our customers love and crazy about what we do.

Learn the essence that will prompt you to walk tall on any stages no matter whether in Asia or in Silicon Valley so you can go out and build things that totally breakthrough and get on the list of Fast Companys World Changing Ideas or Global Top 500 Deeptech Companies.

What you will do

• Be the Padawan for ChiefEverythingOfficer
• Experience the broadest spectrum of work from shadowing CEO in investor meetings & pitches to handson problemsolving tasks for every team from tech to commercial.
• Support Commercial team in product launches ranging from costing modeling marketing campaigns consumer surveys

What your day feels like

• Real latenight work (sometimes) work time is flexible but your mind will be alwayson
• Eat the data as your breakfast lunch and supper.
• Read track and analyze S1 filing and annual/quarterly reports of NASDAQlisted companies learn from their mistakes and achievements and translate them into strategy.
• Keep eyes open for competitor radar and whats going on within the industry (globally)
• Track VC CVC investment movement regionally and globally
• Support the commercial team in launching the new product
• Support brand operation team in product launch events
• Fix things or accelerate the way how can we fix things go find a way to solve it
• Any tasks that CEO assigned to make everything runs faster and cheaper everyone works smarter happier
• Handson in finding a solution (both desktop & field research) getting handsdirty with team and squad(Production Engineering) to solve problems that CEO challenges the team to conquer and achieve
• Talk to lots of people from bluecollar to highlevel: from operators suppliers vendors KOLs celebrities distributors consumers landlord government officials investors high networth individuals economic development board bankers or even the minister both domestically and globally.

Requirements

Qualifications
* B.E. in Business or related fields top of the class in leadership area with extensive & proven extra curriculum activities*:

• 04 years of work experience:
• Fluent in English
• Humble but daring
• If your GPA is below 3 youll need to show what achievements outside the classroom you have. Otherwise we cant evaluate your profile.
• Hungry to learn everything as much as you can every minute and every hours that you are awake (if youre looking for 95 or completely unplugged after 7pm this place is not for you)
