As the Forntend Tech Lead at Last.app you will be a handson leader responsible for shaping and executing our frontend technology strategy. You will lead a team of talented developers driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  

• Drive the architectural vision for our frontend applications ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
  

• Collaborate closely with product managers designers and other crossfunctional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Handson coding and development setting the standard for highquality efficient and maintainable frontend code.
  

• Stay current with frontend technologies industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our development processes.
  

• Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and enforce coding standards.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to frontend development.
  

• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior product manager or head of product in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  

• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  

• Experience working closely with development teams and understanding technical constraints.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
