We are in search of a dynamic and skilled Freelance Trainer with a passion for soft skills and leadership development. The ideal candidate is someone who has a profound understanding of human behavior exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and transform individuals at all organizational levels. As part of our team you will design and deliver training programs that are not only informative but also engaging and transformational.

• Design and facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions on soft skills and leadership for a diverse audience.
• Develop customized training materials and modules based on the specific needs and objectives of our clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor programs that address specific developmental gaps and organizational challenges.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies tools and techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Provide coaching and feedback to participants to foster personal and professional growth.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms surveys and followup sessions and adjust content as needed for maximum impact.
• Stay updated with the latest trends research and best practices in soft skills and leadership development to continuously improve training quality.

• A bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or related fields. A masters degree or relevant certifications in training and development leadership coaching or similar is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in delivering soft skills and leadership training.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for storytelling and making complex concepts accessible.
• A deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them effectively in training sessions.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials both inperson and via digital platforms.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying training schedules and formats including the ability to travel if required for onsite training.
