1. Develop customized lesson plans tailored to students specific needs and proficiency levels.
2. Deliver comprehensive instruction in all four IELTS modules: Listening Reading Writing and Speaking.
3. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning and engagement.
4. Administer practice tests and assessments to evaluate students progress and identify areas for improvement.
5. Provide constructive feedback on students performance and offer strategies for skill enhancement.
6. Motivate and inspire students to reach their language proficiency goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
7. Keep abreast of the latest IELTS trends changes and resources to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
8. Communicate effectively with students to address their concerns and ensure a positive learning experience.
9. Maintain accurate records of students progress and attendance for reporting purposes.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in English Education Linguistics or related field.
2. Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language PTE ETS GMAC CELTA or equivalent preferred.
3. Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor.
4. Excellent command of English language proficiency both written and spoken.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
6. Familiarity with IELTS exam format scoring criteria and preparation strategies.
