Job Purpose:
As an Operations Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination across various departments to enhance client and seller satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining performance reports building customer relationships and managing communication channels. You will be an essential part of addressing and resolving customer issues
while contributing to the efficient onboarding of new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Departments: Collaborate with sourcing logistics finance and production departments to ensure effective communication and streamline operations for client/seller satisfaction.
2. Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain client/supplier performance reports and presentations to track and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Customer Relationship Building: Build and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and problemsolving.
4. Communication Management: Manage emails and conduct appropriate followup calls and emails to address customer inquiries and concerns.
5. Issue Resolution: Address resolve and record customer issues related to business growth billing and general account satisfaction.
6. New Customer Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the efficient onboarding of new customers providing necessary training and support.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in a coordination role preferably in the logistics and supply chain department.
2. Skills:
1. Good interpersonal teamwork and delegation skills.
2. Strong working knowledge of logistics operational procedures.
3. Basic knowledge in Excel / WMS (Warehouse Management System).
3. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective
interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Industry Preference: Logistics and supply chain department experience preferred.
