Overview:

The Freelance Recruitment Consultant plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for clients across various industries. This role is essential in ensuring that the clients recruitment needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruiting strategies
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
  • Conducting interviews and assessments
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates
  • Providing guidance to candidates on interview preparation and career development
  • Negotiating offers and managing the hiring process
  • Utilizing online recruiting platforms and social media for talent sourcing
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking candidate progress
  • Meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
  • Reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes
  • Adhering to recruitment laws and best practices
  • Participating in networking events and job fairs
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates
  • Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills
  • Time management and organizational abilities
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
