About the Company
Fashion TV is an international fashion and lifestyle broadcast television channel. With a focus on offering exciting franchising opportunities in India Fashion TV is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to drive sales and expansion in the region.

Role and Responsibilities
The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads by making cold calls to potential investors explaining the products and services offered and following the sales process with prospective franchisees. They will execute monthly and yearly sales objectives provide 360degree brand support act as a brand ambassador travel within India if required handle legal matters plan layouts hire and train staff develop marketing strategies build brand awareness design operating procedures coordinate with vendors collaborate with the marketing and social media teams work closely with human resources maintain stock and handle product orders and ensure timely completion of new projects. The incumbent will also be responsible for liaising with owners and providing necessary support to franchise partners.

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in business management or hotel management with a proven track record of 5 years in franchise sales business development or operations management. They should be proficient in English possess strong business networks have a good understanding of client acquisition negotiation skills and franchisee business sales and operations. Additionally they should have a basic knowledge of Fashion TV be passionate about achieving financial success and gaining fame and be willing to travel attend trade shows and conduct market visits.
