Founding Engineer Engineering Lead fmx

We are looking for an experienced fullstack engineer acting as founding engineer to lead our tech development.

Jobkey is building a bluecollar workforceasaservice platform that is currently in stealth mode. We help companies and staffing agencies interact with each other to overcome the labor shortage in the bluecollar industries. We have raised a 7digit round with renowned business angels and family offices to accelerate growth and define a new category leader.

Skills: Python React TypScript Postgres you should be familiar with some of these as we might change the framework

Tasks

• You will be scoping and developing new features being shipped to production in the coming days and weeks
• You will be working on improving the stability of our existing (lowcode developed) offering
• You will be engaging with and onboarding developers to support the product development
• You will be driving forward the implementation of our product roadmap and be working closely with our founding team
• You will be shaping the product of a leading startup to revolutionize the future of global bluecollar work

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a techrelated field (e.g. Computer Science Informatics Software Engineering)
• Fulltime experience in fullstack development in a upscaling environment (e.g. fast growing startup or own founding experince) incl. leading a small team of developers (located abroad)
• Hardworking and entrepreneurially driven mindset being excited to take ownership in building out significant elements of our product
• Structured ability to choose architectures and tools suiting the company stage the feature we have to built now vs. later and the team experience
• Possess impressive achievements from previous careers or from side projects
