Aim of the job:
Administering foreign worker-related matters and providing administrative support to Foreign Labour Center Department on daily activities as well as the routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.
Main responsibilities and activities:
- Coordinating and administering foreign worker-related matters and providing administrative support toForeign Labour Center Department on daily activities as well as the routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.
- Responsible to assist any government request such as labor department, immigration, MIDA, etc. by preparing and providing the information required to ensure a smooth process.
- Managing, administering and monitoring Foreign workers for Tan Sri, Tan Sri s family, and the group
- Applying quota from KDN
- Apply for the work permit from the Immigration department
- Renewal of passport at Nepal & Indonesian Embassy
- Select and interview candidates in Kathmandu, Nepal
- Yearly renewal of work permit at Immigration Department/MyEG
- Managing monthly salaries for foreign workers working for Yayasan Albukhary
- Managing yearly medical check-ups at FOMEMA
- Cancellation of work permit for resigned/terminated workers
- Conduct training for new workers
- Kejora Properties (11 shop lots at Bandar Tenggara & 3 lots of agricultural land (6 acres/lot))
- Collecting monthly rental payments for the shop lots and lands
- Coordinating the quit rent and assessment payment
- Arranging and monitoring the repair and maintenance of the premises
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Executive Chairman
Requirements
Basic education and training:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in administration, Office Management, Business Management, orequivalent
Knowledge, Skills:
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Good organizational
- Proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management
Personal qualities required, abilities:
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good administrative skills

- Ability to be proactive and initiative
