We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Manager to lead and optimize our inbound sales team. This role is focused on converting highquality leads into customers through strategic oversight coaching and process improvements. As a remote leader you will drive team performance foster collaboration and align sales efforts with marketing and customer success teams.
Lead and manage a team of inbound sales representatives providing coaching support and performance feedback.
Develop and execute inbound sales strategies to improve lead conversion rates and revenue growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to ensure team goals are consistently met.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and optimize the sales funnel.
Enhance sales processes including call scripts email templates and leadhandling procedures.
Utilize CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline management and performance reporting.
Deliver regular sales forecasts and updates to leadership.
Support recruitment onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Proven experience in sales management ideally in an inbound or remote sales environment.
Strong understanding of sales metrics pipeline management and forecasting.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
Excellent communication coaching and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage distributed teams.
Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with marketing and customer success teams.
Remote
