Job Description

Job Description: Financial Manager at Africrest Properties

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial models for the various property portfolios.
  • Prepare financial reports budgets and forecasts for senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow revenue and expenses to ensure financial stability of the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors banks and financial institutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA (SA) CFA or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
