Creador Foundation is seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Content Creator to join our expanding team. In this role you will be solely responsible for developing and executing impactful content across multiple platforms focusing on topics close to your heart:

• Financial Literacy and Inclusion: Empower communities with knowledge about budgeting saving investing responsible debt management and navigating financial systems.
  

• Higher Education: Provide comprehensive guidance on selecting colleges universities and vocational programs exploring funding options (scholarships grants loans) and navigating the application process.
  

• Career Pathways: Offer insightful information into diverse career options for B40 communities emphasizing skills development and sharing inspirational success stories.
  

Your Responsibilities:

Research and Content Creation:

• Craft engaging and informative blog posts articles and website copy specifically designed to resonate with B40 audiences.
  

• Create captivating social media content (posts stories graphics reels) in both languages incorporating relevant humour cultural references and local dialects (Loghat Kelate is a plus).
  

• Collaborate with experts stakeholders and community members to guarantee accuracy cultural sensitivity and relevance.
  

• Become a true community champion by:
  

• Actively networking with communities organisations and individuals to comprehend their needs and aspirations.
  

• Conducting ontheground research to gather firsthand insights stories and challenges encountered by the target audience.
  

• Building genuine relationships and trust within the communities you serve.
  

Editing and Proofreading:

• Collaborate closely with the content team to review and edit content for clarity grammar and consistency.
  

• Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines and messaging.
  

Leveraging Insights and Analytics:

• Learn and apply fundamental SEO principles to enhance the visibility and reach of online content.
  

• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in financial literacy education content creation and B40 community development.
  

• Analyze content performance using datadriven insights making recommendations for improvement to maximise reach and impact within the target audience.
