IBM FileNet IBM Content Navigator
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
1. Extensive Working experience in IBM FileNet 5.2.x and 5.5.x version products installation configuration upgrade and enhancement of all mandatory components CPE ICN CMIS CSS.
2. Hands on experience in in place as well shift and lift of FileNet applications (all components).
3. Working knowledge on IBM Websphere (all versions) installation configuration upgrade creation of profiles deployment of ear files performance tuning.
4. Working knowledge on FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
5. Working experience on performance tuning of FileNet applications in terms of infrastructure stability.
1. Good to have knowledge on any cloud platform and/or migration of applications to cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure).
2. Good to have knowledge of any supporting databases such as DB2 Oracle MySQL.
3. Team leadership and mentoring/coaching skills.
