The Digital Innovation Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital innovation initiatives within an organization. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop strategies to drive growth, increase efficiency, and improve customer experience. The Digital Innovation Manager will manage project timelines, budgets, risks and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital innovation strategies that align with the organizations goals
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and resources
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics
- Drive growth and increase efficiency through digital channels
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards
- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and developments
- Communicate the benefits and risks of digital initiatives to executive management and other stakeholders
- Lead change management efforts related to digital innovation
- Manage and mentor the innovation team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in leading digital innovation initiatives in a large organization
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business environments
- Experience in developing and implementing digital innovation strategies
- Experience in managing large teams and budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Experience in managing vendor and partner relationships
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, policies, and standards
