1. Preventive Maintenance of facility equipments Lighting HVAC Air condition system CCTV Fire Alarm Public address system Lift Power Distribution Systems.etc.
2. Group Leader role execution Manage shift with a team Daily managment of Safety Quality & Production (Line call attending & patrolling).
3. Breakdown Maintenance (Troubleshooting & Repair)
4. Root Cause Analysis of problems & take countermeasures.
5. Safety Management understanding & preparing the team.
Functional competencies required to perform this job
1. Electrical system knowledge as per industry standard
2. Electrical system Installation cabling Power Distribution System Lighting Distribution.
3. UPS and Battery managemnet 4. Perform Maintenance Activities Preventive Breakdown Predictive.
5. Knowledge on Programming Fire alarm Public Addressing system HVAC.
6. Management outsource maintenance and OEM
