Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Facility Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality safety and cleanliness of our office facilities. This role involves routine maintenance addressing repair needs and ensuring a comfortable working environment for all employees.
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine inspections maintenance and repairs of office facilities electrical plumbing lighting furniture fixtures and equipment.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations conduct safety inspections and maintain records.
Facility Management: Monitor and manage building systems coordinate with vendors and oversee office cleaning schedules.
Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests and implement emergency response plans.
Inventory Management: Maintain and restock an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Team Collaboration: Work with the Manager and team to prioritize tasks and assist with office moves and setups.
