- Responsible for implement the quality& FS standards of Mediterraneo at Supply chain, upstream ( Suppliers – incoming raw & packaging materials ) and distribution centers.
- Sharing the quality status in regular bases for all Mediterraneo external sites across Egypt distribution centers, external warehouses.
- Responsible for new and current suppliers & new warehouses evaluation and supplier assessment in terms of quality and food safety standard.
- Regular inspections for our products over all regions over Egypt, set action plans for all complaints we have then complete follow up overs the action plans.
- Reporting system by preparing daily reports for quality & FS status for our products at all external sites for Mediterraneo.
- fully supervision and analysis for the incoming raw materials and shipments in different received.
- Set objectives and KPIs for external quality stream in cooperation with head of quality in Mediterraneo.
- Sharing in creating the specifications for the raw & packaging materials and maintaining sustainable quality level for this materials from suppliers.
- Managing the quality at distribution for whole sale or/and retail in proper way with maintaining Mediterraneo quality & FS standards.
