ERP Functional Consultant

1. Requirements Analysis:
   

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes user requirements and challenges within the telecommunications domain.
     

2. ERP Implementation:
   

   • Lead the design configuration and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the telecommunications industry ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
     

3. Customization and Integration:
   

   • Customize ERP solutions to meet specific telecommunications business needs and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
     

4. Data Migration:
   

   • Oversee data migration processes ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
     

5. User Training and Support:
   

   • Conduct training sessions for endusers on ERP functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the system.
     

6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
   

   • Develop and execute test plans to validate ERP system functionality troubleshoot issues and ensure a high level of quality and reliability.
     

7. Documentation:
   

   • Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications process flows and training materials to support ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.
     

8. Collaboration:
   

   • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT finance operations and management to ensure ERP solutions align with overall business objectives.
     

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on telecommunications (4 years).
  
• Indepth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in the telecommunications industry.
  
• Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes including billing network management and customer relationship management (CRM).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Project management experience is a plus.
  
• Relevant certifications in ERP and telecommunications are highly desirable.
