Job Description:
PSG is developing toolkit which is based on python for EV scripts/toolkit and TCL for Gui.
The work involves python script enhancement, understanding the existing toolkit, EV scripts enhancement and modification.
Perform EV work on different prototype platforms and hardware.
Support requirements (Eng):
Good Scripting/Coding skills - Python, TCL and Matlab.
Knowledge and background in lab equipment and automation - Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, BERT, DMM, VNA, ...
Experience in setting up hardware on the bench for PVT validation/Characterization
Experience in bench/instrument automation
Experience in RF and/or general electrical/analog validation.
Strong communication skills.
Quartus experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of programming experience on Python, Linux Scripting, TCL
Proficient with UNIX/Linux/Window computing platform
Ability to solve complex problems using programming techniques.
Able to understand different prototype platforms and hardware.
Experience in setting up hardware on the bench for PVT validation/characterization
Equipment Knowledge
a) LeCROY/Agilent/TEK, power supplies, clock gen, board, bench handle, temp forcer setup
b) Setup of bench for PO, debug, next measurement item, reprioritization.
c) Setup calibration, example TDR/S parameter measurement for cables, test fixtures, board trace, etc.

Intel Platform Validation Engineering is looking for a resource to join the Electrical Validation team to support electrical compliance validation/tool development.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a group of talented software/hardware developers and circuit/EV engineers to develop crucial toolkit using python/TCL including in cutting-edge process technologies.
Additionally candidate will participate in completing RF program performance validation and productization along with other team members.

Full Time
