Position: Electronics Repair Technician (Warranties Department)
Location: Midrand
Salary: Negotiable (R7000.00)
Probation Period: Three months. Permanent position if successful.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Start Date: January 2024
Special Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical components of any electronic device.

Our client provides endtoend solutions to small to mediumsized business resellers and retail partners catering to the technology needs of endusers including businesses educational institutions government agencies and consumer markets.
About the Position:
As an Electronics Repair Technician your primary objective will be to repair electronic customer products that still have a valid warranty. Additionally you will be responsible for assembling PCs that have been sold.
Responsibilities:
- Repair electronic items such as computer boxes laptops and PCs for internal staff and warranty repair walkin customers.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components of any electronic device.
- Ensure that bookedin items are assessed tested and/or repaired promptly.
- Complete admin processes for each faulty item received.
- Provide technical advice or IT support to clients.
- Assemble new PCs that have been sold.
- Conduct upgrades on Notebook and Desktop PCs.
- Manage Excel Spreadsheet for branches regarding faults found and ongoing processes.
- Deal with interbranchrelated repairs received weekly.
