  • Summary:

    We are looking for a talented and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales, improve customer experience, and optimize the overall performance of our e-commerce platform. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the online store, analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment processors, shipping providers, and ecommerce platform providers.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and make recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in ecommerce and implement innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between the ecommerce platform and other business systems.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or additional certifications in ecommerce are a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms and driving online sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including website optimization, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficient in using ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
