E-Learning Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled EContent Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fastpaced environment developing engaging and interactive elearning content using a range of software tools such as Storyline Articulate 360 and Adobe After Effects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop interactive/engaging elearning content that meets project requirements using Articulate Storyline.
2. Create multimedia assets such as graphics audio and animated video elements to enhance course material.
3. Work collaboratively with eLearning designer to design/develop best mediaitems that serves learning objectives.
4. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy functionality accessibility userfriendly and adherence to company branding guidelines.
5. Troubleshoot eLearning files extensions to sync with our LMS.
6. Enhance existing elearning courses and customize content to improve user experiences.
7. Manage and maintain an elearning content library.
8. Meet project deadlines and work with eLearning designer to prioritize tasks.
9. Stay up to date with emerging elearning trends technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

• One (1) year of Elearning development experience is a Must.
• Proficient in Storyline Articulate 360 Adobe After Effects Adobe Captivate Adobe Primer Camtasia and Adobe Illustrator is a Must.
• Experience in applying instructional design theories such as ADDIE SAM& Blooms Taxonomy is a Must.
• Certified Instructional designer is preferred.
• Familiarity with SCORM xAPI and other elearning standards file extensions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously as part of a team.

• Working conditions:
• Flexible in working in the US shift 4 pm 1 am Egypt time.
  
• Hybrid: 2 days onsite and 3 remotely
• Location: Maadi
