Job Description
- Effective team player & People-oriented
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of medical representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Pharmacy, Veterinary, and Science.
- 2-3 years of experience in the same job title.
- Previous Experience in the field of food supplements is preferred
- Experience with gynecologists is an added value.
- Excellent command of English.
- A professional user of MS Office Package.
- Solid sales skills with achievement record.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Valid driving license.
