We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the education sector to help manage and scale the admission process of the university across different cycles.

What does the job involve

• Oversee student recruitment admissions and financial aid operations.
• Assist the President and leadership team in strategic planning and decision making.
• Cultivate external partnerships to enhance funding opportunities for student scholarships.
• Align institutional processes and policies with our core mission and values.
• Engage proactively with various stakeholders to sustain interest and drive student enrollment.
• Spearhead recruitment initiatives both locally and beyond to attract highcaliber students.
• Organize events to engage potential students and showcase institutional offerings.
• Collaborate on marketing and public relations strategies focusing on student engagement.
• Manage the comprehensive admissions and financial aid processes ensuring support for deserving students.
• Build external relationships to advance institutional interests and secure scholarship funding.
• Participate in strategic planning across departments to optimize admissions and financial aid effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 812 years of progressive experience in education or related sectors with a strong emphasis on marketing and fundraising.
• Deep understanding of the educational landscape in Ghana and its neighboring regions.
• Advanced degree in marketing or a related field.
• Preferably of Ghanaian or African heritage.
• Knowledge of STEAM education principles is an advantage.
• Commitment to enhancing education quality in Africa fostering leadership and nurturing entrepreneurial skills among students.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to the capital city of Ghana.
• Leadership qualities that are inclusive and motivational with a commitment to ethical and effective decisionmaking.
• Excellent communication skills prioritizing clarity motivation and active listening.
• A management approach that balances dynamism and discipline focused on strategic and operational excellence.
